I started chiropractic care in 1983 when I threw out my shoulder. At the time, I was in agony and wasn’t looking for conventional treatment i.e. pills, surgery, etc. My former chiropractor retired and I knew I needed another. I met Dr. Mary and the rest is history. Since beginning my care with Dr. Mary, my sleep and elimination have improved greatly! All in all it has helped me in so many ways, my thyroid gland is once again working at full capacity, which helps me better concentrate on projects that I had started and then put aside. Life is truly good. Improvements will continue as they are needed but for now I am a happy camper thanks to Dr. Mary’s care. I tell friends, relatives and all who will listen about the  wonderful chiropractic care that I receive. All in all, I have learned that chiropractic care is best for me.
